William Boyle
CEO & President
William F Boyle is a US Navy veteran and the original founder and co-owner of Wholesale Glass and Mirror in Asheville, North Carolina. He grew up in Portland, Maine and has been a part of the Asheville community for many years. After completing his military service, William decided to pursue a career in the glass and mirror industry. In 2012, he opened Wholesale Glass and Mirror, a business that specializes in the supply and installation of glass and mirror products.
Since then, the business has grown significantly, and William has become a well-respected member of the Asheville community. He is known for his commitment to providing vocational training for veterans and persons who served their sentences. Mr. Boyle holds multiple technical credentials for apprenticeship in glazing, LED light assembly, and operating solar fabrication equipment. He also takes great pride in his customer service and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that his customers are happy.
William is passionate about giving back to the community and has been involved in a number of charitable initiatives over the years. He is a strong supporter of the local Veterans of Foreign Wars and regularly donates to their cause. He also has hired veteran owned consultancies like The Power Point, LLC in pursuit of financing and fintech solutions for renewable energy, sustainable development, and resilant agriculture. Bill’s latest adventure relates to helping Native American and Native Hawaian entreprenuer Samuel Taylor of Fire Tree Organics with a new resilant organic agriculture venture. Mr. Boyle was one of the founding contributors to Mathew Shepley’s Veterans Helping Veterans WNC venture.
William is a true asset to the Asheville community and his business has been a great success. His glass firm Wholesale Glass and Mirror is the largest window and glass provider in Western North Carolina. The firm is established in a HUB Zone and provides frenestration services to the Veach-Baley Federal Building. Bill is a hardworking and dedicated individual who is always looking for ways to improve his business and the lives of his customers. His commitment to excellence and dedication to service have made him a beloved figure in the Asheville community.
As the Wholesale Glass and Mirror owner, Mr. Boyle realized that the next natural step in the glass business was toward solar manufacturing. Leveraging his glass experience and business acumen, Mr. Boyle embarked on his plan to open a solar power manufacturing plant in America. As a Navy veteran, Mr. Boyle also saw his new venture as an opportunity to give back to his fellow veterans while helping to move the country toward a more environmentally-friendly path. Before opening Wholesale Glass and Mirror, Mr. Boyle owned Berlin Glass. Mr. Boyle participated in a three-year glass glazing apprenticeship program, from which he holds a certificate from the state of Maine. This experience provided Mr. Boyle with invaluable knowledge that has helped him structure the apprenticeship course, along with Clean Edison and McDowell Technical Community College, which will train Boyle Enterprises’ veteran and non-veteran workers in solar manufacturing solar installation and management.

Frank Faller
Solar Expert Consultant
While acting as a consultant for The Solar Connection, Dr. Falker holds the position of Managing Director at FSC. Prior to this, Dr. Faller was the Managing Director at Centrotherm Photovoltaics USA, Inc., where he coordinated all sales and service in North America. From 2003 to 2009, Dr. Faller was the Head of Marketing and Sales for Deutsche Solar (Solar World). In this position, he handled the global sale of crystalline silicon wafers to the PV industry. Previous titles include Project Manager for AstroPower and Photovoltaic Specialist for Shell Solar.
Brad Rader
Production Manager
As the Production Manager, Mr. Rader will oversee the hiring, inventory, manufacturing process, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures at the main plant in Marion, North Carolina. Previously, Mr. Rader has worked as a private consultant, advising clients on management styles and accounting, as well as overseeing inventory management, reviewing bids for accuracy, and maintaining profit margins. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Rader owned and operated his own glass company, ICR Glass and Window in Portland, Maine. Prior to this, Mr. Raider acted as the Vice President of Operations for Rich Renovations. Mr. Rader was a proud member of the U.S. Air Force.
Joseph Malki
Senior Management Consultant
Mr. Malki owns and operates The Power Point, LLC a fintech ESG consulting agency. Joseph has been providing pre-investment Senior Management Consultant services for sustainable, green, and climate-responsive small businesses.
Most recently, Mr. Malki acts as the super administrator for the forthcoming private equity and debt platform AmericanLegacyFund.com Joseph is a former service member of the North Carolina Army National Guard, California Army National Guard, and the United States Army Reserve. He is a graduate of the University of California at Davis in History. His post-Bachelor coursework includes Johns Hopkins University, Whiting School of Engineering, USGBC’s LEED AP training. Tony Fisichella Jr.
Company Attorney
An active member of the North Carolina and Florida Bars and Retired Air Force Officer, Anthony Fisichella, Jr. currently operates a private practice in Arden North Carolina, just south of Asheville. He has dedicated himself to bringing all of his experience and expertise to bear in assisting residents of Buncombe and Henderson Counties with their legal needs. “The tireless and zealous advocacy of the residents of Western North Carolina is my first priority. I am honored to be a part of this community and privileged to serve. After his selection for promotion to Major, Tony instead chose to revive a childhood dream. He retired from military service in 2004 and shortly thereafter was accepted to Barry University School of Law in Orlando. Tony graduated in the top 10% of his class, garnering Cum Laude honors and counting among his other accomplishments, top honors in Trial Advocacy.
